Dow's transactional service standards establish consistent ordering and shipping policies for Dow's North American chemical product lines. The transactional service standards were developed in response to recent changes in carrier capabilities, capacity, and cost of transportation services as well as our desire to make doing business with Dow simpler.

By creating core transactional service standards for our chemicals businesses, we hope to better match our service offerings to our carriers' capabilities and our internal capabilities.
